To Achieve this Mission the school is vertically divided into four houses and five clubs from L.K.G. onwards. This helps in developing open mindedness among students and building confidence through inter house competitions.
The DAV school Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, is one of the Thirty two DAV Institutions of Rajasthan, including four Colleges (it is affiliated to C.B.S.E.).The Principal, Shri M.L.Goel is the Regional Director of all the schools of Rajasthan.It was started in modest surroundings of C-Scheme in 1987 and shifted to the present three storeyed spacious building, in six acres of land, at Vaishali Nagar, in July 1992.It is fully equipped with all teaching aids to groom a child from nursery to XII and has strength of more than 2500 students The School is managed directly by the DAV Collage Managing Committee, New Delhi.
The DAV movement, which is 116 Year old entered the Public School System in early seventies and lent it respectability and dignity by infusing into it time honored values of our rich heritage. DAV has created history by extending Public School Education Facilities to the weaker sections of society. The First DAV Institution was established at Lahore on June, 1886 with Lala Hansraj (Later Mahatma Hansraj) as the Headmaster. Since then a network of DAV Institution has sprung up all over the country.
